The Al-Abbas's (P) Shrine holds its final meeting to discuss its preparations for the Ziyarat Sha'ban

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine held its final meeting to discuss its preparations for Ziyarat of the fifteenth of the holy month of Sha'ban.

The meeting was attended by the director of the Office of the Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine; Dr. Afdhal al-Shami, and its deputy secretary general, engineer Abbas Musa Ahmad, in addition to the heads of the relevant departments and a number of its officials.

"The meeting discussed, in the presence of the concerned departments at the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine, the final preparations for the Ziyarat of the fifteenth of the holy month of Sha'ban, to take appropriate measures to accommodate the numbers of visitors coming to revive the Ziyarat,"al-Shami said.

He added that" the meeting adopted a unified plan for the Ziyarat Sha'ban visit and flexible and streamlined procedures for visitors to enter the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas(peace be upon him), "noting that"the plan has entered into force".

The Ziyarat Arba'een is one of the largest Ziyarats witnessed in the holy city of Karbala, as crowds of believers participate in the night of the eve of the fifteenth of this month to commemorate the birth anniversary of the expected Imam al-Mahdi(may Allah hasten holy reappearance).
