Al-Abbas's (P) Shrine concludes the activities of the Al-Kafeel Forum for Information Technology at the University of Dhi Qar

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine concluded the activities of the Al-Kafeel Forum for information technology and technologies, at Dhi Qar University.

The director of the cataloging and Information Systems Center of the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sayed Hassanein Ahmad al-Mousawi, said that "the second edition of the Al-Kafeel Forum for Information Technology, organized by the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine at the University of Dhi Qar/ Faculty of Humanities lasted three days, and witnessed the presentation of eleven workshops and ten exhibitions on information technology.

"The activities of the third day witnessed the closing ceremony, which started with the national anthem, the speech of the dean of the Faculty of education for Humanities at Dhi Qar University, and then honoring all the founders and participants in the activities of the second edition of the forum,"he added.

"The forum came up with a set of recommendations, including repeating this forum every year at Dhi Qar University, taking advantage of sites that benefit researchers and students, and twinning Dhi Qar University with the Al-Kafeel and Al-Ameed universities,"he added.

The forum activities were held at Dhi Qar University for the period (20th to 22nd /02/2024), with the participation of a number of departments of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine, to review their experiences in the technical field in terms of applications, programs, websites, platforms and all their technical details.
