The Service Affairs Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has opened new service outlets to keep the bags and shoes of visitors of the fifteenth of the holy month of Sha'ban.
Assistant head of the Department, engineer Abbas Ali, said that"the department has opened new outlets to receive the bags and shoes of visitors arriving to perform the Blessed Ziyarat Sha'ban, as well as the opening of bathroom complexes in various areas of the Old City".
He added that"the Department's staff provides double work during the Major Ziyarat, including the deployment of (350) water containers, and the operation of laboratories dedicated to the production of ice, to distribute it to the service processions surrounding the sanctuary of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas(peace be upon him)".
Ali continued, "about (700) volunteers participated in the work of the department along with the employees, and among the service tasks assigned to them are cleaning and maintaining the streets around the holy shrine, and removing waste to transport it to sanitary landfill sites".
These services reflect the continuous endeavor of the Service Affairs Department to provide a clean and comfortable environment for visitors arriving to Ziyarat of the fifteenth of Sha'ban, according to Ali.
