Development department: more than 80 participants participated in the field monitoring activities of the Ziyarat Sha'ban

The development and sustainable development department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine confirmed the participation of more than 80 participants in the field monitoring activities of the Ziyarat Sha'ban.

The official of the Planning and Information Division, Mr. Mohammed Abdul Hussein Jabbar, said,"based on the overall goal of the holy shrine in providing the best services to visitors, the staff of the department carried out monitoring activities to identify the most important obstacles that stand in the way of proper flow of the Ziyarat and provide the best services.

He added,"more than (80) members of the department and the Academy of Administrative Development participated in the program in order to monitor the field activities represented by cleaning, removing waste, organizing visitors and processions, serving water and food and others".

According to Jabbar, the planning and information division is responsible for submitting the recommendations and the final report to the General Secretariat for the purpose of resolving obstacles and providing the best services in future Ziyarats.
