The ceremony is organized by the Department of Education and Higher Education at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, under the slogan (my hijab is the source of my chastity and purity).
The ceremony was held in the presence of His Eminence the Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, a number of members of the holy shrine's Board of directors and officials, official, social and educational figures and the parents of the students.
The events began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by the reader Haydar Gelokhan, followed by the reading of the Surat Fatiha in memory of the righteous martyrs of Iraq, then listening to the Iraqi national anthem and the songs of the Al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine (the pride's melody), followed by the speech of the Department of Education and Higher Education delivered by Dr. Haydar al-A'raji, during which he stressed that "the Takleef is divided into two types, the first it means working with branches, that is, entering the realm of obedience to the Blessed creator and embarking on the path that has been mapped out for man, so that he can reach salvation and the House of decision".
In his speech, he explained that"attendance at this ceremony is a consolidation of the educational values of the Al-Ameed daughters, for whom today the takleef start, fortified with sound doctrine, science and knowledge".
During the ceremony, the women in charge presented a bouquet of flowers to the Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine; Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, while the events included various activities, including a video presentation about the Takleef project, the recitation of poems by the poet Mohammed al-Yasiri, and the entry of female students carrying light phrases symbolizing chastity, hijab and the performance of the Takleef covenant.
