The Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine continues to establish Quranic Khatmahs in Baghdad

The scientific complex of the Holy Quran at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine continues to hold Quranic Khatmahs of the holy month of Ramadhan with the participation of (250) readers in the capital Baghdad.

The Khatmahs are organized by the Institute of the Holy Quran/ Baghdad branch of the complex, in all areas of the capital.

The official of the institute, Mr. Nabil al-Sa'edi, said that"Quranic Khatmahs are held in mosques and husseiniyats scattered around al-Karkh and al-Rusafa from the capital Baghdad, as well as its districts and areas, with (79) Quranic Khatmahs, and more than (250) readers participate in them, reciting part [Juz']of the Holy Quran daily throughout the holy month".

"The Quranic Khatmahs witnessed a wide presence of believers to commemorate the days and nights of the holy month of Ramadhan,"he added.
Al-Sa'edi pointed out that"the Holy Quran Institute is keen every year to prepare a special curriculum in the holy month of Ramadhan, which includes the establishment of various Quranic activities in order to promote the Quranic culture among the ranks of believers during the holy month".
