For the second day.. The Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine continues to hold its condolence Council in commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him)

The Al-Abbas's(p) holy shrine continued for the second day to hold its annual condolence Council, in commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of the Commander of the Faithful; Imam Ali (peace be upon him).

The establishment of the council is supervised by the Public Speaking Division of the Husseini preaching at the holy shrine.

The council was attended by the servants of the Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas(peace be upon him) and a number of visitors, as it was held in the Hall of honors inside the holy shrine, and continues for four days amid a sad atmosphere because of the impact of this occasion on the hearts of believers.

The council began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, and it comes as part of the condolence activity of the holy shrine to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of the Commander of the Faithful(peace be upon him), and then a lecture with various themes inspired from the virtues of the Commander of the Faithful; Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib(peace be upon him).

The preacher of the council reviewed stations from the life of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and his blessed biography, and recalled the misfortune of his martyrdom, referring to his courage, eloquence, sacrifices and defense of Islam, and stressing the need to follow in his footsteps.

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has prepared a special condolence program to commemorate this sad occasion, which included many condolence and organizational activities to commemorate this anniversary.
