The Department of Intellectual Affairs holds the Sofra Al-Kafeel program in Senegal

The Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine, represented by the Center for African Studies, has established the Sofra al-Kafeel program in Senegal.

The activities of the program, which was held in cooperation with the service provider association in the capital Dakar, included a council for reciting the Holy Quran and reading the supplications of the holy month of Ramadhan narrated by the imams of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

The council also witnessed a lecture by the representative of the center in Senegal, Sheikh Mustafa Diba, in which he explained the importance of peaceful coexistence among the people, and urged the community to promote the spirit of love and peaceful coexistence among all individuals to build a harmonious and peaceful society.

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, through the Center for African Studies and its representatives, is working to raise the awareness of the community about the principles of the Islamic religion, its features and identity, and to implement a range of educational, intellectual and humanitarian programs.
