Al-Ameed University opens its second annual exhibition of kindergarten teaching tools

Al-Ameed University has opened its second annual exhibition of educational aids for kindergartens.

The exhibition is organized by the Faculty of basic education for girls at the University.

The president of the University, Dr. Jawdat Nouri al-Jash'ami, said that "the University attaches great importance to the subject of educational aids, because of its great role in developing the capabilities of students in innovation and development, to benefit from it after graduation in the application of their teaching ideas in their field of work".

He added that"the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine seeks to graduate students with high educational and psychological abilities, in addition to attention to professional ethics and communication skills, to prepare a generation of graduates capable of making a change in society and serving it".

For his part, the dean of the College, Dr. Ahmed Sabih al-Kaabi, said that "the exhibition includes a set of educational tools designed and implemented by the college's students in its various departments, according to the educational, linguistic and religious experiences that a child needs at the kindergarten stage, up to the first three stages of Primary School".

He explained that"the college has a special laboratory for the manufacture of these educational tools, equipped with the necessary needs for their manufacture, and provides weekly practical applications under the title (enrichment material), the aim of which is to enhance the confidence of the teacher that she is able to deliver the curriculum to students".

For her part, the head of the kindergarten department at the College, Dr. Zainab Mohammed, said that "the college opened its second annual exhibition of illustrations for kindergarten children, because the best way to teach a child is by displaying drawings, art forms and modern educational means".
