Funeral ceremony of new martyrs of the combat squad of Al-Abbas's (peace be upon him) ..

On Tuesday 4th Jumada Al-Ula 1436AH,corresponding to the 24th of February 2015, the combat squad of Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) mourned four of its new martyrs who have quenched the land of steadfast city of Amerly with their blood, and who are:

- First Lieutenant Hussayn Ali Yasser from Wasit province/ Kut city
- Abeer Fa'eq Hantush from Al-Basrah province/ Al-qarna district
- Abdel-Qader Askar Shneeshel from Kirkuk province
- Adnan Hussayn JAssem Al-Sa'idi from Kirkuk province.

These heroes have been martyred by a highly explosive device put by the coward terrorist guerillas of ISIS that exploded on the road where the forces of the combat squad of Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) made its exploratory touring to secure the city from the attacks and to maintain the security and safety of its residents, who are an example of patience, perseverance and resilience.

For its part, the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine and the combat squad of Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) held the funeral ceremony of these martyrs in the holy city of Karbala, with the presence of a large number of the employees of the holy shrines of Imam Al-Hussayn and Al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them) and the people of the holy city of Karbala.

The numbers of martyrs of the combat squad of Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) who died in defence of Iraq, its people and its holy places, has reached 26 martyrs since the call of the supreme religious authority for the sufficient duty for the defence of Iraq and its sanctities under which this squad was founded.
