Sayed. Al-Safi met with the delegation of the Imamia Medics International Organization and gave them tribute for the efforts they make for the training of the Iraqi medical staff..

On the sidelines of their participation in the First Scientific Conference of the Medical Rehabilitation, held by the Al-Kafeel "Dynamic"Centre recently in collaboration with the Imamia Medics International Organization (IMI) and the Swiss Pharmaceutical Company Acino, the Secretary-General of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine met with the participation group of American doctors from the Imamia Medics International Organization (IMI), which activities range from professional educational programs, community based clinics, vaccination programs, maternal and child care programs, health missions, disaster relief operations and international health policy work at the UN and similar agencies. And it aims the interaction between the scientists especially in the medicine field through conferences, seminars and workshops in various countries around the world.

The Secretary-General of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine started his speech in this meeting by: "Praying God for keeping you safe and bless these valuable efforts that came from far, which purpose was to develop the science that God has blessed you with, as each of you has expertise in a specific field, and we are proud of this good relationship that we hope will be the foundation of future service projects."

Adding: "You are accustomed in your country of a certain lifestyle that provides you with everything, and Iraq is a country that recently started its development and still suffers from economic, security and social problems that restrain its development in this field. And in the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine we try within a strategy to defy all these problems through the establishment of many projects one of which is the medical project that we hope will be a communication point with you."

Sayed Al-Safi continued: "For everything there is a "Zakat" and the "Zakat " of the Science is its transfer, thing you did during the previous days, as many have benefited directly from you, especially those who take care of patients. And we thank you for your visit and for all your efforts despite the circumstances of the country, and we hope that you have found some distinctive spiritual quietude in these holy shrines that will make you visit us more often."

He concluded saying: "I reiterate my thanks to you on behalf of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, praying from these sacred places so you go back to your families safe and sound, loaded with good memories and blessings. And inshaAllah this love of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) will push you to come back once again."

Dr. Shamel Hadi Mohsen the coordinator of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in US has thanked on behalf of the delegation the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine for this tribute, for the warm reception and to allow them to provide direct medical services through courses or conferences that contribute into the development of the Iraqi health situation. At the conclusion of the meeting, appreciation gifts were distributed as a thankful recognition of their efforts either in the conference or during the programs held by this institution.
