The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine witnessed, this Wednesday morning, Muharram 10, 1446, the reading of the Husseini's martyrdom "Maqtal" in commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Hussayn and his family (peace be upon them) and his companions in the tragedy of At-Taf.

The ceremony of reading the Hussayni martyrdom took place in the presence of the Senior Official of the holy shrine; His Eminence Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, officials of the holy shrine, and large crowds of mourners coming from all over the world to commemorate the sad anniversary.

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine announced, yesterday, the broadcast of the story of the martyrdom of Imam al-Hussayn and his family (peace be upon them) and his companions, by the late Sheikh Abdul Zahra Al-Kaabi in the courtyard of the holy shrine.

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has mobilized the efforts of all its staff to provide the best services to the millions of mourners, and has provided various services and facilities to the Husseini processions participating in the service of visitors to commemorate the occasion.
