In pictures.. Crowds of mourners and Husseini processions commemorate the (loneliness night) at the Two Holy Shrines

Crowds of mourners and Husseini processions came out on the eve of the Eleventh of the holy month of Muharram (the night of loneliness aka Laylat al-Wahshah), to recall what happened to the people of the House of Imam al-Hussayn(peace be upon him), children and women, at the two holy shrines.

The hussayni processions set off towards the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas(peace be upon him), and then passed through the square between the Two Holy Shrines, to conclude their march at the shrine of the martyrs ' master Aba Abdullah Al-Hussayn(peace be upon him).

This evening witnessed the holding of similar ceremonies about the great sadness that squeezes the hearts of the lovers of Ahl Al-Bayt(peace be upon them) on the anniversary of martyrdom, and the injustice that happened to Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her), and to women and children after the end of the at-Taf battle.

In turn, the visitors participated in lighting candles, a sign of the depth of grief experienced by Lady Zaynab(peace be upon her) and the children and families of Imam al-Hussayn(peace be upon him).
