The launch of a large cleaning campaign for the area between the Two Holy Shrines after the end of the Ziyarat Arba'een

The department between the Two Holy Shrines at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine launched a large-scale cleaning campaign for the area between the two holy shrines, after the end of the ceremony of Ziyarat Arba'een.

The assistant head of the Department, Mr. Mohammed Al-Taweel, said that"our staff has launched a wide campaign to clean the central square of the area between the two Shrines and wash it, in addition to its entrances, and raise large amounts of waste, using specialized machines, in addition to replacing the carpets in the area".

He added that"the cleaning campaign comes within the framework of the continuous efforts of the department after the end of the Ziyarat Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), to provide a suitable environment and atmosphere for visitors, and in preparation for receiving religious and cultural events in the coming days".

Since the first day of the month of Safar, the department has mobilized all its efforts in providing various services to millions of visitors coming to visit the shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas(peace be upon them), to commemorate the Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), in the holy city of Karbala.
