134 thousand beneficiaries of the services of the as-Siddiqah al-Taherah Center in Ziyarat Arba'een on the axis of Najaf/ Karbala

The center of as-Siddiqah al-Tahirah(peace be upon her), affiliated with the Office of the Senior Official for women's affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, counted its services provided to female visitors of the Arba'een at the Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas's (peace be upon him) complex on the axis (Najaf-Karbala).

The director of the center, Mrs. Asmahan Ibrahim, said that"the center's staff has started providing its services to visitors heading towards the holy city of Karbala to commemorate the Ziyarat Arba'een, since the eighth day of the month of Safar in the Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas complex(peace be upon him), located on the axis (Najaf-Karbala) according to an organizational plan prepared in advance".

She added that "the work in the complex was divided into many axes, including feeding visitors and providing health services, restrooms equipped with all amenities, as well as providing a special place for the visitors' baby strollers".

"The number of beneficiaries of the provided services reached more than 134 thousand female visitors, where about 125 thousand main meals were distributed, interspersed with meals throughout the day, and more than 281 thousand cups of chilled water were distributed to the female visitors,"she added.

Asmahan pointed out that"the staff of the as-Siddiqah al-Taherah Center(peace be upon her) through the Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas complex(peace be upon her), contributed to the return of more than 3000 lost children to their parents."
