Al-Kafeel Nurseries Group starts the process of harvesting dates

The Al-Kafeel Nurseries Group of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has started the process of harvesting dates of various types.

The official of the group, Mr. Mohammed Harbi, said that "our staffs have started the process of harvesting the crop of palm fruits grown inside the Al-Kafeel nurseries of various varieties and kinds".

He added that "the nurseries contain many rare varieties, which are lacking in the local markets, in addition to other rare species".

He added that "the group's staff is always working to increase green spaces and add new plantings, according to the plans prepared for the development of nurseries, enhancing the environment, and tempering the atmosphere".

The Al-Kafeel Nurseries Group contributes to supplying the local markets with dates and other crops, by increasing the local product and dispensing with the imported one, in order to achieve self-sufficiency.
