A specialist in orthopedics and Traumatology, Dr. Mustafa Walid, said that" we received a patient from one of the neighboring provinces of Karbala, had a road accident about a month ago, and suffered multiple fractures and fragmentary pelvic bones, thigh and leg, as well as a deep wound in the abdominal area, "indicating that" the injured had two unsuccessful operations in one of the hospitals of his city, and his fractures did not heal, and then decided to come to Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital.
Walid added," We conducted careful examinations for the patient, and decided to restore the fracture fixation process for him, and we used special techniques unique to the hospital, and the technique of regional anesthesia because it is not possible to work with general anesthesia because of the presence of other health problems in the brain and abdominal area, " stressing the success of fracture fixation, and that the patient is in a stable health condition after the operation, pointing to the initiation of a medical rehabilitation program for him on the second day after the operation to help him walk.
