The launch of the activities of the second day of the first Annual General Conference of the Al-Ameed University

Al-Ameed University launched the activities of the second day of the first annual general conference, in the presence of the chairman of the Higher Education Authority at the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine; Dr. Abbas al-Deda al-Mousawi, the president of the University; Dr. Jawdat Nouri al-Jash'ami, deans of colleges and teaching staff.

The conference comes as part of the University's preparations for the new academic year 2024-2025 and lasts for three days.

The axis of the second day is "medical education.. In keeping with the requirements of the present and the future" held two Scientific Sessions, the first to discuss medical education in Iraq and challenges, presented by the director of the psychological counseling unit at the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Ali Tariq, and the second session was devoted to expressing the opinions of members of the Faculty of Medicine and their proposals and discussing future plans.

The conference aims to present new directions, ideas and visions for learning and education, and keep pace with the rapid development in various fields, to achieve progress through which to serve the community.

On its first day, the conference discussed the education and learning at the University.. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats), and included two dialogue sessions, the first dealt with the global rankings entered by the University, the number of research participating in the international scientific publications, a set of interventions by the Scientific Assistant to the president of the University and deans of colleges, and the second session witnessed the opinions and proposals to be presented by faculty members.
