The Al-Abbas's (P) Shrine stresses the commitment to document the Crimes of genocide committed against the Iraqi people

The head of the delegation of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to Paris; Sayed Jawad al-Hasnawi, stressed the commitment to document The Crimes of genocide committed against the Iraqi people.

This came in his speech at the conference on international responsibility for genocide held by the delegation of the holy shrine to Paris, which includes both the head of the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs; Sayed Aqeel al-Yasiri, and the director of the Iraqi Center for documentation of crimes of extremism; Dr. Abbas al-Quraishi, in cooperation with the French Academy of geopolitic, in order to shed light on the crimes committed by terrorist gangs against the Iraqi people.

Al-Hasnawi pointed to the spiritual and valuable importance that the holy shrines represent for the Iraqi people, stressing the commitment of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to documenting the crimes of genocide against Iraqis, creating a national memory to preserve it from oblivion, in addition to its prominent role in sponsoring many educational, cultural, health and charitable projects to support the community.

The head of the delegation addressed some of the crimes documented by the recent report of the United international investigation team on the crimes of Daesh terrorist gangs, including the Speicher massacre, the murder of inmates of Badush prison, and crimes committed against Yazidis and Turkmen women, pointing to the classification of these acts as genocide crimes.
