A delegation from the Al-Abbas's (P) Shrine starts providing meals to the displaced Lebanese in Syria

A delegation from the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in Syria has started providing meals to the Lebanese displaced there as a result of the Zionist aggression on Lebanon.

"A delegation from the holy shrine has started providing meals with three meals a day to the Lebanese displaced in Syria through the central kitchen set up for this purpose,"said the head of the delegation; Sayed Nafi Nima al-Moussawi.

He added that"the delegation, in cooperation with the religious authority office in Syria, allocated two sites, the first to establish the Central Kitchen in the garage near the shrine of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her), and the other will be a warehouse to receive other aid convoys coming from Iraq and provide logistical support and food baskets to the affected families."

This initiative comes as part of the relief campaign launched by the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine, in response to the call of the supreme religious authority in Najaf, and the directives of its Senior Official; Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, to do what contributes to alleviating the suffering of the Lebanese people and securing their humanitarian needs.
