The Al-Abbas's (P) field hospital in Syria provides services to 10 thousand beneficiaries of the Lebanese displaced

The field hospital in Syria, affiliated with the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, provided its medical and treatment services to more than 10 thousand beneficiaries of the displaced Lebanese.

The medical officer at the hospital, Mr. Saleh al-Janabi, said that" the number of beneficiaries of the medical services provided by the field hospital in Syria has reached more than 10 thousand beneficiaries since the beginning of work until today, "adding that"the total amount of medicines supplied to the hospital has reached 40 tons so far, and work is underway to prepare an additional 30 tons to transport them from Iraq to Syria."

He explained that"the representative of the supreme religious authority in Syria, in coordination with the pharmacy of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), worked to prepare some medicines for emergency cases and chronic diseases".

Al-Janabi added that" the number of hospital visitors is constantly increasing from different age groups, "explaining that"the hospital staff performs minor operations for the injured arriving at the hospital, while critical cases requiring major operations are referred to the specialized hospitals."

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine opened a special field hospital to treat the wounded Lebanese displaced in Syria, after the invitation of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Ali al-Husseini al-Sistani, to do what contributes to alleviating the suffering of the Lebanese people and securing their humanitarian needs, after the recent Zionist aggressions.
