Al-Kafeel University: the Faculty of Medicine provides an educational system that keeps pace with the global development in the medical field

Al-Kafeel university confirmed that its Faculty of Medicine provides modern curricula and an educational system that keeps pace with the global development in the field of Medicine.

The dean of the College, Dr. Samer al-Hakak, said:"the Faculty of Medicine at Al-Kafeel University is distinguished by many things from the rest of the colleges in Iraq, including: providing an advanced educational system that keeps pace with the global development in the field of medical studies, as the student in the early stages begins to learn about the health system, how to communicate with the patient and the mechanism of follow-up, and this is what is found in the ACPD Early Clinical ProfessionaI Development."

He added that "the curricula followed at the college are carefully prepared to help keep pace with the modernity in the field of Medicine in the world, and includes linking information with clinical reality, which makes the student the focus of the educational process, in addition to the sequence of materials he receives, as the material he takes in the first stage will take a broader material than in the second stage and so on for the rest of the stages".

He explained that"the college includes several laboratories equipped with the latest advanced means and tools that contribute to ensuring the quality of education, including the anatomy laboratory, which provides a modern method in the study system by linking events with clinical reality, which is an effective link that will benefit the student in his future, especially during his practice of the medical profession".

Al-Hakak continued that"our college seeks to be one of the first Iraqi colleges in terms of the academic system and clinical training, and aims to provide the health sector in Iraq with qualified medical staff that contribute to serving the community effectively".
