A medical team specializing in neurosurgery at Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital in Karbala has successfully performed an emergency operation on the brain of a child after his life was in danger.

Dr. Hossam al-Anbari, a specialist in Neurosurgery, said that"a five-and-a-half-year-old child was diagnosed with migraine, but the resonance image had a different opinion, which indicated the presence of an abscess in the brain".

He added that" the child was referred to us at Twelve O'clock after midnight unconscious, and his life was in danger, so he was admitted to the operating theater for an emergency operation, "stressing"the success of the operation during which the abscess was completely removed, and the child recovered immediately after".
