The launch of the central closing ceremony of the Al-Kafeel Scout Association programs for 2024

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine launched the activities of the central closing ceremony of the Al-Kafeel Scouts Association's programs for the year 2024, with the participation of more than 1,000 Scout elements.

The closing ceremony is held by the Al-Kafeel Scout Association of the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs department at the holy shrine under the slogan (generations following the footsteps of the prophets) for the period 27 - 28/ 12/ 2024.

The ceremony was attended by the member of the board of Directors of the holy shrine; Sayed Laith al-Mousawi, a number of heads of its departments and officials, as well as dignitaries, official delegations and parents of the participants.

More than 1000 Scout elements participated in the ceremony, who flocked to the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine through the gates of imams Ali and al-Hussayn (peace be upon them), to gather in the basements of imams Ali and al-Hassan (peace be upon them) in preparation for entering the courtyard of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and performing the Scout Promise in its holy space.

The closing ceremony includes a set of paragraphs, including the performance of the Scout Promise, the reading of the Ziyarat of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) in his Holy Courtyard, a scout parade at the Karbala International Stadium, and a tour for participating delegations from Scout institutions in Iraq in the projects of the holy shrine.
