The conclusion of the activities of the first day of the central closing ceremony of the Al-Kafeel Scout Association programs

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine concluded the activities of the first day of the central closing ceremony of the Al-Kafeel Scout Association's programs for the year 2024, with the participation of more than 1000 Scout elements.

The ceremony is held by the Al-Kafeel Scout Association of the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the holy shrine, under the slogan (generations following the footsteps of the prophets) for the duration 27 - 28/ 12/ 2024.

More than 1000 scouts from different age groups participated in the ceremony, including 325 participants from Basra governorate, in addition to more than 100 guests representing ministries and educational figures, with the presence of parents and school principals.

The first day of the closing ceremony witnessed a set of paragraphs, including the performance of the Scout Promise, the reading of the Ziyarat of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas(peace be upon him) in his Holy Courtyard, and a scout parade at the Karbala International Stadium.

These activities are part of the ongoing efforts of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in promoting religious values, developing the capabilities of young people and encouraging them to serve society.
