Al-Kafeel Center for health and safety organizes a course on first aid at Ahl Al-Bayt University (peace be upon them)

The Al-Kafeel health and safety center of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine organized a training course on first aid for students of Ahl Al-Bayt University (peace be upon them).

The course was held in cooperation with the Academy of the spirit of the future and the Faculty of physical education and sports sciences at the University.

The instructor of the course, Mr. Ahmed Nadhem, said:"the Al-Kafeel Center held a training course, about first aid, at Ahl Al-Bayt University (peace be upon them), with the participation of a number of university students.

"The course aims to enable students to deal with emergency situations or injuries that may occur at home or on the street, and provide the necessary life-saving first aid,"he added.

For her part, the dean of the College, Dr. Rabeh Al-Ramahi, said that "the course was characterized by theoretical information presented in a simplified and understandable way that makes it applicable, whether at home, college or any other place, as it included an explanation of how to perform the exercises necessary to save the lives of individuals who need first aid".

"The course was presented at a high level of proficiency, and we hope that it will be distributed to all universities and schools,"Al-Ramahi said.

For his part, the president of the Academy, Dr. Ahmed Hakim, explained that"the course is not limited to developing skills, but leaves an impact on the trainee's personality, to be ready to save lives in any emergency situation, and this shows the importance of the first aid course in preparing a rescuer in every home".

He pointed out that"the course aims to enable students to acquire first aid skills and transfer them to their surroundings, whether to their family members or friends, and this contributes to spreading awareness and expanding the circle of benefit".
