Al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine: honoring thousands of female students wearing Iraqi abaya to export images of chastity and faith in the Iraqi scene

A member of the board of Directors of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, Dr. Abbas al-Deda al-Mousawi, confirmed that honoring thousands of female students wearing the Iraqi abaya to export images of chastity and faith in the Iraqi scene.

This came during his attendance at the events of the first day of the seventh annual ceremony to honor the students of the Universities of the province of Babylon wearing the Iraqi abaya, which is organized by the public relations department at the holy shrine, under the slogan (the abaya is chastity and jihad), within the Al-Kafeel National Youth project, in cooperation with the Office of the Senior Official of Women Affairs, in conjunction with the anniversary of the Blessed Sha'ban birth anniversaries.

The ceremony will be held for three days in the Sheikh al-Kulayni Complex, with the participation of more than 2000 students from the Universities of Babylon, Al-Qasim Al-Khadra, Hilla, the future and the colleges of Imam Al-Kadhem (peace be upon him) and of open education.

"Hostile currents are trying to undermine values and principles through hidden and sometimes overt weapons, targeting young women or women, because if they were to harm them, they would be able to ruin a whole value system, as it is the pillar of the family, the mainstay of the family and one of the most important formations in society,"Mousawi said.

"As part of an effort to form University Relations at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, a ceremony was held to honor the female students wearing the Iraqi abaya as the visible symbol closest to the Islamic chastity system,"he added.

"Today, through this joyful scene of honoring thousands of female students at the Universities of the government and private universities of Babylon, we want to convey joy in the souls and issue a different image of chastity, purity and faith in the Iraqi scene,"al-Mousawi said.
