The Al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine discusses its preparations for the Ziyarat of the mid of Sha'ban

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine held an expanded meeting to discuss its preparations for serving visitors in the mid of the month of Sha'ban.

The meeting was held under the chairmanship of the secretary general of the holy shrine; Sayed Mustafa Mortada Aal Dia Uddin, in the presence of his deputy, Mr. Abbas Musa Ahmed, a member of its board of Directors, Mr. Kadhem Obada, the director of the Office of its Senior Official; Mr. Jawad Al-Hasnawi, and representatives of its concerned departments.

Mr. Abbas Musa Ahmed said: "the meeting came to find out about the preparations of the relevant departments to Ziyarat of the mid of Sha'ban, and their needs to ensure the provision of the best services for visitors visiting the shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl Abbas (peace be upon them), on this occasion".

"We discussed the comments put forward by the representatives of the departments, and focused on ways to enhance the provision of food services, health care and transportation, and provide amenities for visitors, both inside the holy city of Karbala and when leaving for their provinces,"he added.

The deputy secretary-general stressed the importance of joint coordination between all departments to ensure the success of the plan for the birth anniversary of Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance) and to meet the needs of visitors.
