Crowds of visitors flock to the holy city of Karbala on foot to celebrate the Ziyarat of Sha'ban

The roads leading to the holy city of Karbala witness the crowds of visitors flocking on foot to celebrate the Ziyarat of the mid of the Blessed Sha'ban at the shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them).

The Ziyarat of the mid of Sha'ban, in which believers celebrate the birth anniversary of Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance), is one of the major Ziyarats in which the holy city of Karbala witnesses the influx of visitors from inside and outside Iraq.

The staff of the Al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine has mobilized its efforts to provide the best services to visitors through organizational and service plans to ensure the comfort of visitors during the performance of the Ziyarat ceremony.
