Al-Kafeel company for public investments: the success of growing new varieties of wheat

Al-Kafeel company for public investments, affiliated with the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, announced the successful cultivation of new varieties of wheat.

Ali Maz'al Layedh, assistant managing director of the company, said: "the company's preparations for the agricultural season (2024-2025) for the Khairat Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas farms (peace be upon him) dedicated to the cultivation of field crops, including wheat, have begun through multiple stages, including the preparation of the land and the addition of organic fertilizers of Khair Al-Joud company for modern agricultural technology affiliated to the holy shrine.

He added that"the process of selecting the product (wheat) is executed according to the high productivity of various international and local types, including many varieties that the company has succeeded in cultivating, which withstand climatic conditions, and give a crop of high quality".

"The company relies on sprinklers to irrigate the land of 900 dunums, including axial, horizontal and stationary sprinklers, which cover different areas of farms,"Layedh said.
