Al-Kafeel company for food industries: the production capacity of the date molasses plant reached 250 kg per hour

Al-Kafeel company for food industries, affiliated with the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, announced that the production capacity of the date molasses plant reached 250 kg per hour.

The director of the company's date molasses production plant, Eng. Mushtaq Abdul Jalil, said that "the plant has achieved a production capacity of up to 250 kg per hour, using the latest Italian equipment to ensure product quality".

He added that " the dates used in the production are supplied from the farms of the Holy Shrine, especially the farms of the green belt and the nurseries of the Saqi, which ensures the provision of high quality raw materials," indicating that "the molasses produced is characterized by a concentration of up to 74%, which makes it a luxury species".

Abdul Jalil pointed out that "the stages of date molasses production include sorting dates, where high-quality dates are selected to ensure the purity of the product, then washed thoroughly to remove impurities and dust, followed by the cooking stage according to specific standards to extract molasses of the best quality, and molasses is stored in a suitable environment to maintain its quality in customized packages that ensure ease of storage and use."
