Launch of 23 Quranic Khatmahs in Najaf with the participation of 54 readers

The scientific complex of the Holy Quran at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine launched during this month of Ramadan 23 Quranic Khatmah in the province of Najaf Al-Ashraf for the year 1446 AH.

The Khatmahs are held under the supervision of the Holy Quran Institute in Najaf, which belongs to the complex, and include the governorate center and its districts: al-Mashkhab and al-Abbasiya, in addition to its areas: al-Hira, al-Hurriya, and al-Radwiya, with the participation of (54) readers.

The Daily Khatmahs witness the recitation of a part of the Holy Quran, interspersed with a paragraph of a Quranic competition, with the distribution of blessed gifts from the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (Peace be upon him) to the winners.

The Holy Quran Institute also organizes (10) Quranic Khatmahs in Diwaniyah governorate, and one Khatmah in each of the governorates of Basra, Maysan, Kirkuk, as well as Najaf, with the participation of (80) readers in the five governorates.
