Al-Kafeel Hospital: student medical Club forum discusses patient safety and medical education

The director of Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital, Dr. Jassim al-Ibrahimi, confirmed that"the activities of the student medical Club forum focused mainly on patient safety and promoting medical education".

This came when he attended the forum organized by the Faculty of Medicine at Al-Ameed university, under the title (digital development in medicine).

"The forum witnessed the presentation of specialized scientific lectures and dialogue sessions, with the participation of a group of professors and specialists in the medical field, and presented two main themes, namely patient safety and medical education, in addition to discussing many sub-topics focused on improving the healthcare environment and providing practical application opportunities for students inside the hospital, which is characterized by its advanced medical equipment,"Ibrahimi said.

He added that patient safety is a major goal, and work is being done through practical applications to train students and raise their awareness, which contributes to promoting a safe and effective treatment environment.

The forum comes within the efforts of Al-Ameed University to enhance the quality of health care and improve the level of medical education and training in Iraq.
