The contestant, Dr. Bilal al-Hamfi from Turkey, who participated in the second edition of the Al-Ameed International Prize for recitation of the Holy Quran, confirmed that the prize is characterized by the participation of readers at a high level.
The competition is organized by the scientific complex of the Holy Quran at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, with the participation of readers from 22 countries, with 30 readers from the adult category, and 10 from the youth category.
Al-Hamfi explained that the second edition of the Al-Ameed award is characterized by the participation of readers at a high level, from various Arab and Islamic countries, which encourages the rest of the readers to participate in it.
He pointed out that my participation in the award is a matter of pride as it is one of the most important Quranic competitions at the moment.
The competition is supervised by an international jury, consisting of Sheikh Mohammed Bassiouni from Egypt, Sheikh Bassem al-Abdi from Iraq, Dr. Mushtaq al-Ali from Iraq, Sheikh Abdul Kabir Haidari from Afghanistan, Sheikh Mohammed Asfour from Egypt, reader Mr. Hassanein al-Helou from Iraq, singer Mr. Karim Mousawi from Iran, singer Mohammed Ramal from Lebanon.
