The holy shrine has developed a special plan to serve visitors during the days and nights of the holy month of Ramadan, in addition to Thursday nights and religious events during the holy month, where the holy city of Karbala witnesses a large number of visitors to the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon them).
The services include providing iftar meals, setting up places for visitors to sit and organizing their movement, as well as perfuming the holy shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), to ensure the provision of a suitable atmosphere for them.
The services include the distribution of Iftar meals to the worshippers in the Holy Courtyard, during their performance of Maghrib and Isha prayers, as well as the provision of dedicated places for Iftar meals to visitors outside the Holy Shrine, through the distribution and organization of carpets and blankets.
The Sayed servants' division at the holy shrine holds its annual procession on the Qibla Gate Street, to provide tea to visitors throughout the nights of the holy month, starting from Iftar until Suhoor time, in addition to distributing meals at different times on a daily basis.
