The Al-Abbas's (P)holy shrine is covered in black to commemorate the demolition of the graves of the imams of Baqi (peace be upon them)

The staffs of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine began to spread black banners in the courtyard of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (Peace be upon him), to commemorate the tragic demolition of the graves of the imams of Al-Baqi (Peace be upon them).

The staff of the Department of the care of the Holy Courtyard, in cooperation with the division of Sayed servants at the Holy Shrine, published black signs of sadness embroidered with words of condolence for this sad occasion.

The works included hanging the signs in the tarimah overlooking the courtyard of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and the surrounding sites, through the use of special materials to ensure their tight installation throughout the days of the occasion.

The sewing of the pieces and banners was supervised by the sewing and embroidery division of the gifts and vows department at the holy shrine.

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine is keen to create dedicated places to commemorate this sad occasion in order to provide the best services to visitors.
