The Development Department is holding a course on professional ethics as part of the new recruits' orientation program

The Development and Sustainable Development Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine held a training course on professional ethics as part of the new employees' qualification program.

The course instructor; Sayed Mustafa al-Hakeem, said: "The course includes several topics, such as Islamic ethics and their importance, definition, sources, the art of dealing with visitors, and dealing with employees and their administrations, in addition to how to establish a system of ethical values, their main types, and sources."

He added, "The course addresses how to shape ethical behavior and confront pressures and obstacles at work, in addition to understanding the types of administrative communication," noting that it "aims to build a knowledge and ethical base for new members, ensuring the reflection of the holy shrine's message in serving visitors and the community."

Al-Hakeem continued, "The course that is held in the hall of the Sheikh Al-Kulayni Complex for four days, concludes with an exam to gauge the students' understanding of the material."
