The Martyrdom of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) -part II-

The participation of Aal Umayyah in the killing of Imam Ali (peace be upon him)

The plot to kill Imam Ali (peace be upon him) was not confined to the Kharijites, the Umayyad have had the active impact in the planning, financing and foundation of this tragic incident, from which Islam has suffered and the people of hypocrisy and disbelief have benefited. There are many proofs of the Umayyad participation in the killing of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him), including:
First, Aba Aswad Aduali, the loyal companion of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) has a lamentation poem after the killing of the Imam (peace be upon him) stating that Banu Umayya are the real killers of the Imam (peace be upon him:
Tell Mu'awiyah Ibn Harb
Eyes of gloaters are happy
In the month of prayers you grieved us
for the best of all people
You killed the best who has ridden all that can be ridden...

Meaning that it was Mu'awyah who had grieved Muslims by the killing of the best of people, and is responsible for the shedding of his blood. And Aba Aswad Duali would not attribute this crime to Mu'awiyah unless he is sure of his statement.
Second, Ibn Muljam was only a teacher of Quran and was taking his salary from the house of money and he was a poor man, he did not have money to buy his sword that he paid for one thousand and poisoned for another one thousand, and from where he got the money that he gave to Qutam for her dowry, which was three thousands, a male slave and a slave girl, which is a reason to think that he had received the financial support from the Umayyad to assassinate the Imam (peace be upon him) like it was their politics to get rid of their enemies secretly.
Third; The pride of some of the Umayyad when the captives of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) were introduced in front of Yazid Ibn Mu'awiyah (curses be upon him), when they said:
We have killed Ali and the sons of Ali
With Indian swords and spears
and we captivated their women like Turkish captives
and defeated them in the best ways..
A clear evidence that the Umayyads were the main responsible for the assassination of the master of guardians (prayers and Allah's peace be upon him).
The sky wept blood for the loss of the Master of Guardians (peace be upon him)

The Imam (peace be upon him) is like the spirit of the world. When the spirit is hurt the limbs and other parts are affected. Therefore, at the time of his martyrdom the sky shivered and the earth had a cataclysm! The doors of the mosque dashed against each other. The following words were heard between the earth and the sky, “The pillars of the True Guidance have actually been demolished; and the Firmest Handle has split! By Allah! The cousin of the Prophet has been killed! The successor of the Prophet has been killed! Ali the Well-Pleased has been martyred!”
Ibn Abbas said: "When the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) was killed in the Kufa, the sky wept blood for three days."
And according to the Sa'id Bin Musayyab, when the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) was assassinated, no stone was picked in the world that did not have fresh blood under it.
Some of his commandments (peace be upon him) before his martyrdom

In the name of Allah , the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
This is the last will of the Commander of the Faithful Ali Ibn Abi Talib:
He testifies that there is no god but Allah alone with no partner and that Mohammed is His slave and Messenger, He sent Him with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion, although those who associate others with Allah dislike it. Then Indeed, my prayer, my rites of sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah , Lord of the worlds. No partner has He. And this I have been commanded, and I am the first [among you] of the Muslims.
My advice to you is to be conscious of Allah [piety] and steadfast in your religion. Do not yearn for the world, and do not be seduced by it. Do not resent anything you have missed in it. Proclaim the truth; work for the next world. Oppose the oppressor and support the oppressed.
I advise you, and all my children, my relatives, and whosoever receives this message, to be conscious of Allah, to remove your differences, and to strengthen your ties. I heard your grandfather, peace be upon him, say: "Reconciliation of your differences is more worthy than all prayers and all fasting."
Fear Allah in matters concerning orphans. Attend to their nutrition and do not forget their interests in the middle of yours.
Fear Allah in your relations with your neighbors. Your Prophet often recommended them to you, so much so that we thought he would give them a share in inheritance.
Remain attached to the Quran. Nobody should surpass you in being intent on it, or more sincere in implementing it.
Fear Allah in relation to your prayers. It is the pillar of your religion.
Fear Allah in relation to His House; do not abandon it as long as you live. It you should do that you would abandon your dignity.
Fear Allah in relation to the fasting of the month of Ramadan, as its fasting saves from Hell.
Persist in jihad in the cause of Allah, with your money and your souls, as only two men do the Jihad for the sake of allah, Imam of guidance and the one who obeys him and follows his steps.
Fear Allah in relation to the progeny of your Prophet. do not let them be oppressed between you.
Fear Allah in relation to the companions of your Prophet who have not innovate and did not host an innovator, the Holy Prophet (prayers and Allah's peace be upon him and his holy Household) has enjoined them and cursed the innovator among them and among the others and the host of the innovator.
Fear Allah in relation to the poors and the needy, share your livings with them
And fear Allah in relation to the two weaks, women and those your right hand possesses [slaves].
Then he said two times: Fear Allah in relation to the prayers, and continued: Do not fear the blame of a critic.
Tell people good as you have been recommended by the almighty God.
And do not leave to enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong, Should you do that, the worst among you would be your leaders, and you will call upon Allah without response.
Maintain communication and exchange of opinion among yourselves. Beware of disunity and enmity. Do not desist from promoting good deeds and cautioning against bad ones.
And fear Allah and know that Allah is severe in penalty. God bless you o people of the House and bless in you your Prophet, and I leave you to the God He is the Best protector, and peace and Allah's mercy and blessings be upon you.
