The Public Speaking Division of the Husseini preaching at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine continues to hold condolence councils to commemorate the tragic demolition of the graves of the imams of Baqi (peace be upon them).
The council is organized in the courtyard of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), for three days, with two morning and evening classes.
The council began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a religious lecture delivered by Sheikh Hassan Khalifa from Lebanon, in which he discussed the importance of adhering to the biography of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), spreading their knowledge, identifying their grievances, and reviving their matter.
The preacher of the Husseini pulpit also touched upon the specificity of the dead and their relationship with the earthly world, highlighting the distinctive status of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and their unique characteristics, including hearing speech, seeing the visitor, and responding to the greetings.
The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine is keen to revive the occasions of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) by establishing condolence councils, religious programs and various condolence activities.
