Al-Ameed University celebrates the graduation of the fifth batch of Nursing College students.

Al-Ameed University celebrated the graduation of the fifth batch of nursing students for the academic year 2024 – 2025.

The university president, Dr. Jawdat al-Jashami, said, "Today we celebrate the graduation of the fifth batch of nursing students for the academic year 2024-2025, as we share with the parents the joy of reaping the fruits of their children's academic achievement, which came as a result of effort and perseverance."

He added, "We advise our graduating students to continue their journey of lifelong learning, as it plays a fundamental role in developing skills, enhancing competence, and making a significant contribution to bringing about positive change within the community."

For his part, the Dean of the College, Dr. Diaa Kareem, mentioned that this batch is distinguished by acquiring modern knowledge and skills, based on the updated and approved curricula in Iraqi nursing colleges, which have recently been rebuilt on the basis of global scientific guidelines and the results of Iraqi research, studies, and publications.

He indicated that the number of accepted students is determined annually in accordance with medical specialties, to ensure that each student receives adequate theoretical, practical, and clinical education, noting that the number of graduates in each batch ranges between 50 to 60 students.
