The servants of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine performed the devotional rituals on the occasion of the marriage of the two lights, Imam Ali and Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon them).
The Munshid of the holy shrine; Sayed Yasser al-Karbalai, said that "the courtyard of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) witnessed the performance of the worship rituals and the recitation of the Ziyarat of Aba al-Fadl (peace be upon him) by the servants of his holy shrine, followed by the chanting of the anthem (Melody of Pride)."
He added that "the ceremonies were conducted amidst the celebration of the holy shrine's servants and visitors, and their joy in the celebration of the marriage of the two lights."
The religious practice ceremonies are held every Monday and Thursday of each week, starting with the recitation of the Ziyarat of Aba al-Fadl (peace be upon him) by the servants of his holy shrine, who stand in front of the sanctuary. This is followed by the chanting of the anthem "Melody of Pride."
