The Host Restaurant Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine announced the provision of more than 200,000 meals for
visitors on the Day of Arafah.
The department has prepared a comprehensive plan to provide its services to visitors arriving in the holy city of Karbala from within Iraq and abroad to participate in the rituals of the Day of Arafah and the eve of Eid al-Adha.
The department distributed main and supplementary meals regularly through distribution outlets, benefiting 200,794 individuals, to meet the needs of visitors in various locations across the city and ensure food reaches as many visitors as possible, in addition to the meals distributed to the volunteers of the holy shrine departments.
The departments of the holy shrine mobilized their efforts to provide the best services to the visitors coming from inside and outside Iraq to commemorate the Day of Arafah and Eid al-Adha at the shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them).
