Course in warehouse management hosted by the Department of Planning and Human Development for the employees of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine

The Department of Planning and Human Development in collaboration with the Department of Stores at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine held a course in warehouse management, which comes in a series of sessions held by the mentioned department for the employees of the holy shrines in order to improve and develop the work, the skills and experience of the employees.
For more details about this course, the head of supervision Division at the Department of stores and the supervisor of this course; Mr. Ahmad Muhsin Jassim stated to the Al-Kafeel Network: "The Department of Planning and Human Development held many courses and sessions for the employees of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in various fields, in order to gain adequate experience and to improve the performance of their employees. and this course is about the warehouse management in order to explain the mechanism of the work at the warehouses, how to request the equipement and what are the procedures followed in the warehouse, the organization and the follow-up of the supplied by providing the participants the theoretical and practical foundations of the warehouse management and developing their skills in the warehouse's planning and monitoring, especially since the warehouses have become an integral part of the modern supply chains to ensure the correct product supply by the required quantity and on time, and within the minimum cost, which makes it the ideal order. Therefore, the effective and efficient warehouse management is vital to reduce costs and to ensure the quality usin any of the supply chains operations."
Adding: "We focused in this course, which lasted for four days and which was with the participation of 22 employees, on several key themes; warehouse documents that the basis of the warehouse work, to make sure of the validity and the availability of the article as well as the document of processing materials, then comes the warehouse output which is received by the beneficiary. also among those themes is how to process the equipment application which is based on the availability or not of the materials. The last theme is about the subject of the return disclosure and the temporary loan requests in addition to the temporary equipment request."
It is worth mentioning that the Department of the Planning and Human Development has set up many courses and sessions for the employees of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in various fields, in order to gain adequate experience and to improve the performance of their employees to the best levels. These courses are part of the activities of the Department in this field.
