In a wide national Quranic project... The Scientific Complex continues its summer courses in the provinces of Iraq

The Scientific Complex of the Holy Quran at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine continues to implement its summer courses and educational programs, and to commemorate religious occasions in various provinces of Iraq.

In the holy province of Karbala, students of the summer Quranic courses project commemorated the occasion of Eid al-Ghadir under the supervision of the Quranic Institute affiliated with the Scientific Complex in the province.

The ceremony was held at the Al-Alqami Complex affiliated with the holy shrine, attended by a number of professors and students, with the aim of instilling religious values in the minds of the participants.

The Holy Quran Institute in Karbala also organized a recreational trip for the students of the summer Quranic courses, which included a visit to the Al-Kafeel Nurseries affiliated with the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; with the aim of breaking the academic routine and developing the social and life skills of the students.

In the province of Najaf Ashraf, students of the Quranic Institute affiliated with the Scientific Complex renewed their pledge of loyalty to the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him), in a joyous celebration organized by the Najaf Ashraf Institute. The event included Quranic recitations and chants, with students participating in various segments of the celebration to enhance religious identity and instill the values of teamwork.

The Holy Quran Institute/ Babel Branch, affiliated with the Scientific Complex, has begun conducting final exams for students of the recitation and Tajweed courses at various levels, from preliminary to advanced.

More than 500 students from various districts of the governorate participated in the exams, under the supervision of specialized scientific committees to ensure accurate evaluation; with the aim of preparing proficient Quranic talents and strengthening students' connection to the Holy Quran.

As part of the efforts to monitor the progress of the summer Quranic courses, a delegation from the Scientific Complex arrived in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate to assess the services provided. The administrative assistant to the head of the complex, Dr. Balasim Al-Shammari, conducted a field tour of several summer Quranic courses in the governorate.

Al-Shammari praised the efforts of the educational staff and parents, emphasizing the importance of a Quranic environment in building a conscious personality rooted in Islamic values.

In Kirkuk, 750 students are receiving Quranic lessons as part of the summer courses project in the Taz Khurmatu district of Kirkuk province.

The courses are held in 10 mosques under the supervision of 27 specialized teachers, and they include lessons in Quran recitation and memorization, as well as jurisprudence, creed, ethics, and the biography of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

The program lasts for 40 days and targets the age group between 7 to 16 years, as part of a comprehensive vision to build a cultured Quranic generation.

The Scientific Academy of the Holy Quran has prepared special curricula, which are offered within a systematic scientific program that contributes to filling students' time with what is beneficial, ensuring the upbringing of a righteous generation that loves the Holy Quran and adheres to the teachings of Islam according to the methodology of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
