The works at the residential complex "Al-Kafeel" for the employees of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine are continuous according to its executive plans, and they are conducted under the direct field supervision of the Department of Engineering projects at the holy shrine, and their completion percentage achieved advanced stages, which is a positive indicator for the progress of this project, which its features began to be clear and visible.
The executive company with all its staff did spare no effort for the completion of the works within the agreed time, as it has developed an action plan that was distributed to all project sections in an estimated area of 305.000 m2 by 829 houses horizontally. The works included the finishing, building the remaining ceilings, installing the doors, windows and the thermal insulators, the works of flatness, covering the walls and floor, as well as the works of electrical, water and sewage installations that take place in parallel with the road works settlement after the completion of its infrastructure.
It is worth mentioning that the aim of the establishment of this project is housing the employees of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in recognition and in appreciation for the efforts of the staff of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in the service of the visitors of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him), and in order to provide them with a decent housing in line with the international evolution in the field of housing, especially with the country's crisis in this field from the high rents to the too high residential land prices in the holy city of Karbala. The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has then created this residential project for its staff under the name of Al-Kafeel residential complex to be distributed to them at a subsidized price and comfortable installments.
