This came during the delegation's visit to the university and its meeting with its president, Dr. Nawras Shaheed Al-Dahan.
Al-Dahan said: "A delegation that included a group of Algerian academics visited Al-Kafeel University and reviewed the educational systems, infrastructure, laboratory devices and equipment, as well as the university's classrooms."
He added that "the delegation expressed its admiration for the university's educational level, which rivals that of prestigious global universities," noting that "the two sides discussed the possibility of opening future avenues for cooperation with a group of universities in Algeria."
For his part, one of the delegation members, Dr. Lazaar Ezzeddine, said that "the visit came on the sidelines of the delegation's participation in the events of the Third International Imamate Week, which was recently organized by the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine," noting that "the university is distinguished by an advanced and developed level in terms of necessary internal facilities, curricula, and external design."
He added that "the university's adherence to precise organization and the provision of quality in laboratories and available resources for students contributes to graduating future medical talents that serve the medical field in Iraq."
The visiting delegation expressed its gratitude to the university administration for the warm reception and welcome, emphasizing the importance of communication and cooperation between Iraqi and Algerian universities to exchange expertise and achieve common scientific goals.
