The Host Restaurant Department announces the preparation of five outlets for distributing meals with the participation of 150 volunteers during the Ziyarat Ashura

The Host Restaurant Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine announced the preparation of five outlets to distribute meals to the visitors of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) on the days of Ashura in the holy city of Karbala, with the participation of more than 150 volunteers.

The head of the department, Engineer Adel Al-Hamami, said that the department has prepared a comprehensive service plan for distributing meals, aiming to provide the best services to the largest possible number of mourning visitors, by opening five main outlets distributed in various areas close to the two holy shrines.

He added that the plan includes preparing daily meals, in addition to intermediate ones, throughout the blessed days of the Ziyarat, ensuring smooth distribution and quality service.

He pointed out that the beneficiaries of these efforts are not limited to the visitors alone, but also include the governmental, security, service, and health authorities, which oversee the security of the Ziyarat and provide various services to the visitors, in addition to those honoured to serve in the holy shrine, including volunteers and the staff working there.

Al-Hamami confirmed that the preparations and arrangements began days before the Ziyarat, in order to ensure the provision of services at the highest level of efficiency and organisation, befitting the grandeur of the occasion and the status of the visitors.
