The holy shrine of the Master of martyrs (peace be upon him) embraces a honouring ceremony of new group of the martyrs' families

In appreciation and recognition to the martyrs of the popular mobilization, the Al-Abbas's holy Shrine continues its program of moral and financial support to the families of the martyrs of the popular mobilization through the fundraising boxes deployed in the holy shrine of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and in the area of between the two holy shrines.
A new group of families whose children sacrificed themselves for the defense of the homeland and the holy sites in response to the call of the supreme religious authority. The honouring ceremony was held in the hall of the Seal of the Prophets (prayers and Allah's peace be upon him and his holy Household) in the holy shrine of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) with important attendance of the representatives of the two holy shrines and the presence of Sheikh Salah Al-Karbalai, the head of religious affairs Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, Haj Fadel 'Awaz the head of the Department of the order's protection at the holy shrine of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) and a group of Sheikhs from the Department of Religious Affairs , and some of the agents of the religious authority as well as the martyrs' families .
During the ceremony, many words was presented to praise these families and the sacrifices of their children for the sake of this beloved country and to push away the evil of the terrorist gangs who only warm to harm this country, but thanks to these dear bloods, we enjoy security and stability, and all the attendees praised this sacrifice and redemption made by the martyrs' families, thanking them for their faith and patience for the sake of the defence of the homeland, its people and its sanctities.
Sheikh Majed Al-Sultani from the Department of Religious Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine stated at Al-Kafeel Network the following: "Today, We are offering little thing to the heroes who have answered the call of the supreme religious authority and sacrificed their live for the defence of the homeland and its sanctities, and we will work strongly to support this program that cares for these families, and this honoring ceremony is a continuation to support the families of the martyrs. With the help of God, we have honoured today 40 families that are mostly from Karbala while the others are from the province of Babylon and the District of Mahmudiyah."
Noting: "These funds provided to the martyrs' families are from the funds' boxes deployed in the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine and the area between the two holy shrines, that are supervised by the committee in the Department of Religious Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, as every martyr's family was given one million Iraqi Dinars in addition to gifts in-kind offered by the charity foundation of Imam As-Sajjad (peace be upon him)."
For their part, the martyrs' families praised the honouring ceremony held by the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, considering it a moral initiative that encourages them to continue the sacrifices until the elimination of ISIS terrorist organization.
It is to mention that the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, based on the guidances of the supreme religious authority to provide the necessary support for the families of th martyrs and the wounded, has prepared and integrated program that includes the organization of successive visits to the wounded and the martyrs' families in all parts of Iraq without exception, in order to communicate with them, filling their needs, give them the necessary care and the suitable tribute. these visits are continuous to visit all the families of the martyrs who were killed for the sake of the defence of the homeland, answering the advisory opinion [fatwa] of the sufficient duty of Jihad for the defence of Iraq and its holy sites.
