The Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine publishes special banners commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Zayn al-Abideen (peace be upon him)

The staff of the Holy Courtyard's Care Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine have put up black banners commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Zayn al-Abideen (peace be upon him).

The assistant to the head of the department, Sheikh Zayn al-Abideen al-Quraishi, said: "Our staff has begun to spread the banners of mourning and condolences commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali son of al-Hussayn (peace be upon them), in addition to the black cloths placed inside the holy courtyard, which were hung in observance of the month of Muharram."

He added that "the banners were hung on the walls of the holy courtyard of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), both inside and outside, and in various sizes."

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine prepared a special mourning program to commemorate this tragic occasion, which included many mourning segments.
