Al-Kafeel Water Factory increases its production to 50,000 boxes of water daily in preparation for the Arbaeen pilgrimage

The Al-Kafeel Water Factory, affiliated with the Al-Kafeel Food Industries Company at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, announced an increase in its production capacity to 50,000 boxes of water daily to meet the demand during the Arbaeen pilgrimage days.

The factory manager, Mr. Murtada Saleh Mahdi, confirmed that "the factory's production capacity has been enhanced to reach about 50,000 water boxes daily, with continuous operation around the clock to meet the increasing demand during the Arbaeen Ziyarat of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him)."

He added that "the factory has started distributing water to the Hussaini processions and service organizations at the border crossings, as part of the early preparations to welcome visitors coming from outside Iraq to the city of Karbala."

Mahdi explained that "the plant, despite the increased workload, is keen on maintaining the quality and purity of the water according to the approved health standards," emphasizing that "the distribution teams are working in high coordination with the relevant authorities to ensure the delivery of water to vital locations along the roads leading to Karbala."

The Kafeel Water Factory is keen to keep up with the annual increase in the number of visitors arriving in the holy city of Karbala from within Iraq and abroad, by developing its production lines and enhancing their efficiency, in line with the directives of the General Secretariat of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine in serving the visitors.
